Read the GooKids usage rules, current service conditions and family rights.

1. About the service
GooKids offers digital children's activities for letters, tracing, memory and creativity, along with an area for adults. The catalog, features and compatibility may change as the product evolves. The service does not replace family, school, therapeutic or professional guidance.
2. Account and adult supervision
An adult responsible for a child must create and manage the account. The adult is responsible for protecting credentials, keeping the email current and supervising children's use. Do not share your password or allow a child to make purchases or change account settings without supervision.
3. Data and privacy
Adult accounts use email and Supabase authentication. After guardian authorization, a child’s nickname, age, permissions and progress are stored in Supabase and linked to the family account. Drawings remain on the device unless downloaded by the family. Stripe handles new purchases; Mercado Pago maintains earlier charges; GooKids does not store card details. Google Analytics runs only on public pages after consent, without child profiles or progress. Hosting providers may process technical logs needed for operation and security. Supabase authenticates adults and stores profiles, permissions, progress, subscriptions and editorial media. Vercel hosts the app. Stripe handles new adult purchases; Mercado Pago maintains earlier charges. Google Analytics receives public-page navigation only after consent. OpenAI receives topics and instructions submitted by authorized editors to prepare story, quiz and illustration drafts; the app does not automatically send child profiles or progress to AI. Generated content requires editorial review before publication. We do not sell personal data.
4. Activities and content
Activities are offered for entertainment and to support learning through play. GooKids does not guarantee specific educational outcomes. Adults should choose age-appropriate content and supervise children. Attempts to compromise the service, bypass access controls, or extract or redistribute content in violation of third-party rights or law are prohibited.
5. Plans, prices and payments
Paid subscriptions are available when checkout is enabled for your region. The price and billing period are shown before confirmation. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically for the same period unless canceled. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the family area or the payment provider's customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and access may continue through the paid period according to the provider's confirmation. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and the provider's rules. Contact nexobasetech@gmail.com for billing support.
6. Availability and termination
We may fix issues or temporarily suspend features for maintenance and security. Deactivating a profile does not delete the account. To request account closure and data deletion, email nexobasetech@gmail.com from your registered address.
7. Intellectual property
The GooKids brand, interface and original materials belong to Nexo Base or their respective licensors. These Terms allow personal, non-commercial use of the service as provided; they do not transfer intellectual property rights. Third-party marks, images and materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
8. Updates and law
These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The current version shows its update date; material changes should be communicated appropriately. Brazilian law applies, including consumer and child and adolescent protection laws, without limiting rights that cannot be waived by contract.
